		<description>Yes there are some great smaller startups popping up for sure. OpenTable i heard just announced that it will allow reviews so I think on a local level that will be great.  I use OpenTable and Yelp but i think OpenTable has an advantage with it being able to present the right review at the moment somebody wants it for a particular restaurant.  I hope My Neighbourhoods continues to do well.</description>
