Social Media
Leveraging the right digital channels to help increase clients' online links and in-bound traffic, drive downloads or trials, build word-of-mouth is a must these days. Ignite blends traditional PR programs with the right set of social media tools, taking into account our each of our client’s business and what makes the most sense and impact.

Strategic counsel and planning
Ignite provides public relations and communications strategy counsel on a range of areas including, company positioning, the planning of news announcements and product launches, post-launch activities, the implementation of baseline programs, and competitive issues.

Presentation development
Our clients rely on our expertise to create a concise and compelling presentation that is especially designed for use during high stakes announcements, analyst tours, and product rollouts.

Media training
We provide comprehensive media training. Our half-day or full day media training is open to all corporate spokespeople and potential back-up spokespeople. This training will help teach spokespeople how to negotiate different media scenarios and translate media contact into coverage.

Company and product launches
We have proven expertise working with companies to undertake an integrated marketing communications program to get them on the map quickly and begin building awareness.

Media relations
Ignite can plan and coordinate all aspects of your media activities. With our media know-how, we'll identify the most appropriate publications that match your target markets and recommend different activities that can effectively support your objectives. We’re experienced in all facets of media relations, including business press, vertical market outreach, customer success story placements, thought-leadership programs, and broadcast press campaigns.

Analyst outreach
Experienced in this activity, Ignite can quickly introduce and begin building an ongoing relationship between analysts and clients. The agency secures in-person or conference call briefings, informal meetings, and appointments at tradeshows and conferences between our clients and the appropriate analysts that track your market segment or technology. We also serve as a strategic conduit to help our clients get included in important research reports or participate as speakers or panelists in key analyst conferences.

Press kit, news releases, byline articles & writing services
Ignite works with each client to recommend what communication materials are needed for presenting the company’s story to the media. We work closely with clients to identify and plan their news announcements. The agency regularly works with clients to secure, author and finalize the publication of bylined articles. Lastly, we support our client’s Marketing department with additional writing services related to the website, product literature, or other collateral.

Speakers bureau services
We’ll research and create a customized calendar of targeted shows. From there, we’ll handle the deadlines and create compelling speaking abstracts that help our clients get selected as speakers. Speaker participation at select conferences helps build our clients’ visibility and educate and drive prospects back to their booth.

Special projects, events & trade show outreach
Ignite can leverage trade shows as a key venue to schedule and hold one-on-one meetings with key influencers. There is also a range of customize events and activities that the agency can implement for clients to further their marketing objectives.
